I was very surprised by the performance of this lightweight drill. I historically buy high-end cordless drills, but when my Makita 12V batteries wouldn't hold a charge, I decided to buy something less expensive. I've only owned this for 3 months and it hasn't let me down. I almost always use a quick-change driver in the chuck so I've never seen the chuck slip (as another reviewer mentioned). I wish a carrying case and/or extra battery was included but I'll survive without it. My only gripe is that the trigger is somewhat sensitive and it's difficult to maintain a constant slow speed (i.e. driving small screws). Great torque at high speed, though. You could buy 2 or 3 of these for the price of a high-end drill. For the money, this is a great product.

These drills feel good to hold - the size is great for around the house projects, not too heavy, but rugged enough to feel confident they can stand on their own.

The drill is powerful enough to handle the wood I used it on with multiple sized bits. The light feature when you press the trigger is convenient when you're working in not so well lit places. The impact drill is great for small projects and speeds the process of replacing a bolt/nuts. I'm not sure if my husband will use the carrying case much, but if he needs to - it's not too bulky.

The batteries snap in and out easily - and help a great deal in reducing the weight of the drill. The one thing my husband pointed out was that the impact driver did not come with a 1/4 " bit - so in order to use the driver - you will need to either have one of those or purchase one to use this with any of your sockets.

So far - this is a nice set and very easy to use!

Instead of asking for jewelry, I asked for this drill kit as a Valentine's Day present. It's hands down the best drill I've used. It's small yet powerful. I have tiny hands and I can hold the drill comfortably in my hand without getting tired.

The drill bits are easy to switch out and tightening it doesn't require a lot of strength. I use this drill on almost all my DIY projects around the house, like fixing my Roomba, installing ceiling fans and installing curtain rods.

The only thing I don't like about this kit is it doesn't have a box to hold all the drill bits. The bag has no compartments to keep the drill bits separate. I keep the sharp kits in a smaller bag and throw that in with the rest of the tools. But the con isn't enough to decrease the rating.

I purchased this with the 20v lithium Matrix driver. I used this attachment right away to take down a staircase railing. This works so much better than using a drill. With the impact it creates a pounding "impact" when the screw (in this case) is too tight to move. This really gets a stuck screw moving. The input is the standard 1/4" hex so all the normal removable tip screwdriver attachments just fit in. It works great. The tips don't stay in as well as they could, but not a real big deal. I would only recommend this system to a cost conscious buyer that only needs power tools occasionally. Or maybe if you use it more often, but really are limited on storage space. This applies to me, and I am happy. It has a two year warranty and is less than half the case of many of the higher end competitors. It has worked great for me.

Great drill that really accomplishes anything I throw at it. I've been able to easily screw in 3" construction screws into dry fir. Great for flooring applications and really nice slow speed to make sure you're starting steady.

The two batteries that come with this kit are great. I've been able to go a full day without swapping. The only time I need to swap more often is if I'm using a 1" wood drill bit going through very dry fir beams/joists. I've been able to use an 18" long 1" wood drill bit without so much as a slowdown. Very impressive for a drill this size. It's my general use drill that I use for pretty much anything.

I purchased this drill from Lowes one day because I had an older Craftsman with two dead batteries and decided to purchase this instead of new batteries. I made the right decision. Compared to most drills that I have used in the past, it is quite small, but it is a 20v drill and you cannot beat it. It is able to get into smaller spaces than my other drills and has plenty of power to spare. One feature that it has is a LED light that shines on the location where you are using it. Totally unnecessary for most things, but a nice addition when you do end up in that one dark spot.

The best part of this drill is the battery. It is a Li Ion battery. This is a way better battery technology than the older drills use. These batteries will not keep a memory. My biggest problem was that I would keep my batteries on the charger when not in use and this will damage the older batteries. That is not the case here. This battery pack is designed to stay on the charger, but will also keep a charge for a year if taken off it. It is also a much smaller battery pack than most other drills I have used. This is really convenient. This battery will also outlast any of the other batteries I have used.

I have not used this anywhere near what someone like a contractor would use it. I have used it only for light duty work around the house. For my needs it is perfect. I am not sure how it would hold up if it was used day in and day out for 8 hours a day so I can't comment on that.
